About

For more than 25 years, Gina Cadogan has been a trusted advocate in labor and employment law. She began her career at large national firms representing Fortune 500 companies, municipalities, nonprofits, and hospital systems in complex employment and commercial litigation. Today, she brings that insider knowledge to both employees and businesses—from small startups to organizations with thousands of workers—helping them navigate the full range of workplace issues.

Her practice covers discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenant agreements, medical leave, and workplace investigations. Gina also advises employers on policies, compliance, hiring, terminations, and day-to-day legal advice and counsel for workplace issues.

Gina has also been honored for achieving one of the Top Florida Verdicts of 2014. She frequently speaks at conferences and to corporate clients on emerging employment law trends.

Gina earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board and was awarded the Order of the Advocates. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with dual degrees in History and Classical Studies and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Beyond her practice, Gina is active in the legal and business communities. She has served on the Board of the Federal Bar Association’s Broward Chapter, is a longtime member of the Caribbean and Broward County Bar Associations, a member of NELA (Florida Chap.), and volunteers her time with Legal Aid Society and Mission United’s Veterans Pro Bono Project. She is also a past president of the National Association of Women Business Owners (2021–2022) and an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where she later served as a Lead Ambassador.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, and supporting her children as they chart their own futures in their college careers.
