The Cadogan Law Trial Team obtained a complete defense verdict on behalf of Seadream Yacht Club, Inc. on April 27, 2023 in federal court in Tampa. Cadogan Law proved to the Jury that Seadream did not discriminate against the Plaintiff due to her age nor did it violate the Equal Pay Act with respect to her salary.
